Michel Maréchal studied law at the Université Catholique de Louvain and obtained a Master degree in economic law at the same universtity. He is a member of the Brussels Bar since 1977 and in 1987 became a partner with Carre-Maréchal-Verdeyen (which merged with our firm in 2001).

Michel acts primarily in the areas of insurance law and liability (policy coverage, industrial risks, fire, personal injury, construction).

He was assistant professor (commercial law) from 1981 to 1987. He has published in the "Revue Pratique des Sociétés" and is a member of the editorial committee of the "Revue Générale des Assurances et Responsabilités".
