Dirk De Maeseneer studied law at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. He is a member of the Brussels Bar since 1991 and he became a partner at our firm in 2002.

Dirk provides advice and assists clients in avoiding or resolving disputes. Much of his practice is litigation-oriented, with particular expertise in the following areas: liability (government, professional, third party), insurance (policy coverage, risk management), commercial (contracts, trade practices), criminal (tax fraud, environmental, white-collar), regulatory (permits, public procurement).
