Charlotte Plas studied law at the Université catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve and is a member of the Brussels Bar since 2007. She also obtained a Master degree in Intellectual Property at the Katholieke Universiteit Brussel in 2008.

Charlotte acts primarily in the areas of commercial law (trade practices, e-commerce, advertising, consumer protection, direct marketing, publicity, distance sales, data protection), intellectual property and competition law.
