Wim DAVID

Wim David has a master of laws from the « Université Libre de Bruxelles » (2004). After his studies, he worked two years in the legal department of a Belgian major bank. He joined the Brussels bar in 2006. He is also teaching assistant at the « Université Libre de Bruxelles ».

 

Wim is specialized in corporate law and in commercial law (notably in bank law, insolvency law, and distribution law). He published a book and several articles in insolvency law and corporate law (see Publications hereafter).
